Monday-Thursday: $2,500 per event
Friday: $3,500 per event
Saturday: $4,000 per event
Sunday: $3,500 per event
All Holidays: $4,000 per event
$1,000 Non Refundable Deposit required to book (deposit goes towards the event cost)

The Barn is open all year.
All day event time: 10 a.m.-midnight (14 hrs) (Indoor & includes a small landscaped garden for ceremony)

Food & Alcohol:
Renters are welcome to bring their own food or use any caterer of their choice. However, all alcohol must go through Green Villa.
Required Security through Green Villa.
